If you have time, please leave a comment about our poems. We worked really hard and then chose the key words and to put into Tagxedo.com. We chose the fonts, layout, shapes and colours. What do you think?
We really enjoyed meeting James. He performed for us playing the fiddle and the bassoon. We asked lots of questions listened carefully to his answers. It was so interesting. We learned about pitch, sound, the instruments and how they are made, the way they work and lots more. A huge thank you to James...we hope he visits again!
We have started to use Khan Academy in our class. It means we can work at our own pace, revise things we don't quite understand and practice our Maths anywhere and anytime. Mrs P can see what we are doing, how we are getting on and what we have mastered or are struggling with. She can then recommend what we need to do next. Mrs P is doing it too! It is totally free so anyone can sign up and try it - let us know if you do. The video below explains a bit about Khan Academy.
We are a team of 21 writers, artists, scientists, mathematicians, problem solvers, friends, musicians, photographers and many more things... varying in age from 7 to 44!
